Our return policy for online purchases lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.

RE:DO-

Re:Do is a return portal allowing an easy return process.  A non-refundable charge of $1.98 is added to your cart at checkout.  This fee will provide you with a free return label for as many returns/exchanges you need.  If you decide to opt out of the $1.98 fee you will be responsible for returning the items at your own expense and item must be received within the return window of 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All items marked as "Sale" "Clearance" or "Markdown(s)" are final sale and are included in this policy. Items purchased during special event pricing are not eligible for refund and may only be exchanged for produce or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.

We will not accept returns with smoke, deodorant or makeup damage.
